Super Bowl Snacks: A Touchdown in Taste
Game Day Goals 60 Super Bowl Snacks to Score Big with Your Crowd
60 Super Bowl Snacks for the Big Game (Because That’s What It’s All About, Right?!)

I’m just going to go ahead and say it: snacks are the most important part of any Super Bowl party. Like…way more important than the football. Sure, some people might be in attendance for the quarterbacks, snaps, and tackles. (Did I just Google “words related to football?” Yes.) But everyone is there for the food, and that’s a fact.
So, whether you’re hosting the girls or getting your guest on elsewhere, you should probably start to think about what dishes you’re going to bring to the (literal) table for the big game. And what do you know…I’ve curated a list of 60 (yes, six-zero!) absolutely delicious snacks that need to be on your radar, sourced from some of your favorite chefs and food bloggers.
Whether you’re looking for something sweet, salty, cheesy, or meaty, I promise there’s a snack here for you, below. And some of these recipes are super unique, meaning you’ll score major points with your friends while the players score major points on the screen (yours will be better though, obv). Think: french fry cheese pizza, eggplant parm nuggets, lasagna cupcakes, and loaded baked potato dip. All I can say is…three cheers for snacks!
1. Spinach Artichoke Dip in a Bread Bowl

A bread bowl is revolutionary for many reasons, imo. I mean, not only can you use the bread to scoop up the dip inside (and this spinach artichoke concoction is good, lemme tell you), but you also don’t need to wash any dishes. Sign me up.

2. Mac and Cheese Bites

Just when you thought mac and cheese was already your favorite food, this recipe went ahead and added salty breadcrumbs and the magic of an air fryer.

3. Sheet Pan Smashburger Fries

Who needs a side of fries when you can just deconstruct your burger and plop it right on top of a crispy pile of spuds? Skip the jalapenos if you can’t handle spice, but please, please keep the pickles.

- Bell Pepper Nachos

Isabel Eats
These are so fun to eat, you’ll barely even miss the tortilla chips (but you can put a bowl on the side just in case). If your guests are cool with cilantro, go heavy. Trust me.

- Cheesy One-Skillet Italian Baked Meatballs

All The Healthy Things
A huge pan full of cheesy meatballs? I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t want that on their table. Highly recommend baking some garlic bread for dunking into the sauce once the balls are gone.

- Caprese Chicken Sliders

Favorite Family Recipes
Okay, fancy! But also…easy! This recipe makes boring grilled chicken way more fun (and tasty) by topping it with juicy Roma tomatoes, thick mozzarella cheese, and a tangy balsamic reduction. Your finger food is officially elevated.

- Nutella Fruit Dip

My Baking Addiction
Chocolate-covered fruit is always delicious (anyone who has ever received an Edible Arrangement knows that), and this creamy dip is just as yummy but requires so much less work. It also requires just four ingredients: a jar of Nutella (duh), cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip.

- Mini Hasselback Potatoes

Spoon Fork Bacon
Is it just me, or do these kinda sorta look like little footballs? That’s reason enough for me to make ’em for Super Bowl Sunday. But also…look how crispy.

- Eggplant Parmesan Bites

Just A Taste
Eggplant parm over penne is one of my favorite entrées, but this article is about snacks and snacks only. This recipe aims to pack all the flavor of the classic dish into little fried bites—with marinara sauce for dipping—and oh baby, they deliver.

- Fajita Chicken Queso Dip

Bru Crew Life
Grab a bag of Fritos and a block of Velveeta cheese—this game-day dip is always a crowd favorite. Fajita seasoning is what brings it to another level, so don’t skip it.

- Puff Puffs

Meiko and the Dish
No, like…I’m obsessed with this recipe from James Beard Award-winner Kwame Onwauchi. Puffs puffs are a treat originally from West Africa made of fried dough and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. They’re plump and puffy and perfect, oh my!

- Shrimp Taco Bites with Cilantro Cream Sauce

Favorite Family Recipes
It simply cannot be a coincidence that a single shrimp fits so snuggly inside a tortilla scoop. It’s gotta be fate. And it means you can have a bite-sized shrimp taco without any of the mess.

Think you don’t like brussels sprouts? I ask you this: have you tried them baked with chunks of bacon and smothered in cheese? Try this recipe and lemme know if you change your stance.

- Crockpot Pulled Pork and Beer Cheese Grilled Cheese

How Sweet Eats
I’d eat a piece of gum off the bottom of your shoe if it was smothered in beer cheese. But this pulled pork sandwich is definitely the better option. Cheese so gooey. Meat so tender.

- Vegetable Spring Rolls With Peanut Sauce

Two Peas and Their Pod
There are a lot of snacks on this list that might give you a bit of a tummyache after. I won’t deny that. (Worth it though.) If you’re looking for something a little fresher, I highly recommend these vermicelli- and veggie-packed spring rolls. And don’t skimp on the peanut sauce!

- Homemade Funnel Cake

I Heart Naptime
Bring the fair to your living room with one of these deeeeep-fried funnel cakes you can make in your kitchen. Powdered sugar is a classic topping, but feel free to get creative (maybe using the colors of the team you want to win?).

- Fried Pickles

All She Cooks
Super Bowl 🤝 Southern staples. These crunchy cukes are a copycat recipe for Texas Roadhouse’s famous fried pickles, and damn if they don’t compare to the real thing. Both the batter and the dip are loaded with Cajun seasoning, so prepare for a little kick.
