Move aside, Julia Fox, because Jared Leto just stole the show at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards! The actor and singer, known for his band Thirty Seconds to Mars, made a jaw-dropping entrance with a look that could either be crowned as iconic fashion or mistaken for a character from a dystopian sci-fi movie.

Dressed all in black, Jared exuded mystery and style. He sported a sheer black mesh long-sleeved top paired with a boxy sleeveless leather tunic. But the real kicker was his choice of footwear – thigh-high platform boots with a clear PVC stiletto heel! Talk about making a statement. And let’s not forget the accessories – a metallic silver choker, a matching cuff bracelet, black shield sunglasses, and sleeveless leather gloves. But the pièce de résistance was Jared’s flawless recreation of Julia Fox’s signature beauty look. He smudged his black eyeliner, going all the way to the ends of his temples. Now, that’s dedication!

Joining him in the fashion-forward family, Jared’s bandmate and older brother Shannon Leto also opted for an all-black ensemble. Though he took a slightly tamer approach, Shannon still rocked the look with an oversized short-sleeved button-up, billowing trousers, and yes, even platform boots. Black is definitely their color!
